24.01.2008 PRESS RELEASE - POSSIDONIA SINKING BRIDGE PUT INTO OPERATION

Periandros S.A. announces that the regular 10-year maintenance works in the Possidonia Sinking Bridge have been completed successfully within schedule. The Bridge was put into operation on early evening hours of January 24th, 2008.

19.11.2007 PRESS RELEASE - POSSIDONIA SINKING BRIDGE OUT UNDER 2-MONTH-MAINTENANCE

The Possidonia Sinking Bridge, for the next two months will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance works, starting on 24/11/2007 in view of its 10 year round maintenance.

In more specific, Periandros S.A. has assigned these works to a specialised contractor as well as has taken all necessary actions towards Possidonia Sinking Bridge re-certification by the authorised body, the Hellenic Registry of Shipping.

Our Company will expend care on restoring bridge’s regular operation earlier than the estimated completion time of works.

As of 31/08/2006 the new transit fees for invoice category SE are put into force. The SE invoice category includes all passenger ships, cruise ships, ferry boats, Greek flagged professional tourist ships and Greek flagged professional yachts as well as professional tourist ships and professional cruising boats registered in Isthmia, Corinth and Loutraki. Visit the Corinth Canal and enjoy a cruise onboard the "Canal Vista" departing from Isthmia, every Saturday & Sunday at 10:00 -Wednesday & Friday at 12:00 - Thursday at 17:00(departing Isthmia). Every Friday at 19:45& Saturday at 17:30 the tour departs from Loutraki (in case of adverse wheather conditions the departure will be from Possidonia). 13.02.2003 CANAL DAY CRUISES
NEW!!! Spend an unforgetable day cruising the Corinth Canal, a 6,300m waterway that is one of the world's engineering masterpieces of the 19th Century. Periandros S.A. launches a new service for the Corinth Canal visitors, as of April 1st 2003. Our 2000-built wooden day-cruiser "CANAL VISTA" will offer Canal Tours and excursions to the surounding areas. "CANAL VISTA" is a 26m, 250 persons Liberty type vessel. Passengers will enjoy 300sq.m. of deck space, including a fully A/C bar. "CANAL VISTA" is also available for private charters upon request.

17.01.2003 Operations - 2002 Brief Overview
Traffic increased by 7% against 1999 and 1% against 2000. Passenger vessels had an average waiting time less than ½ an hour while the average waiting time for cargo vessels was approximately one hour. The average transit time was 40 minutes. 132 barges, or approx. 10,000cu.m., were dredged out during the regular depth maintenance of the Canal.

As of July 1st, 2002 our company Periandros s.a. has signed an agreement with one of the major companies in the field to fight oil pollution at sea and exercise oil pollution fighting drills with the participation of our personnel.

RIO-ANTIRRIO STRAIT. RESTRICTIONS TO NAVIGATION 17 JUNE FROM 08:00Z TILL 12:00Z AND 18TH JUNE FROM 08:00 TILL 13:00Z DUE TO WORKS UNDER CONSTRUCTION PASSING WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY FROM THE SOUTH CHANNEL (TO RIO). VESSELS ARE OBLIGED TO REPORT TO THE ``BRIDGE COAST GUARD STATION``, AT VHF CH.8, AT THE DISTANCE OF 12N.M. FROM BOTH SIDES OF THE BRIDGES.

01.06.2002 New Cameras in the Canal
New cameras have been installed to monitor the traffic in the Canal and at the Corinth gulf. The cameras in the Canal will enable us to improve safety by monitoring at all times both the Canal itself and the vessels\\\' transitting while the camera at Possidonia enables the Isthmia Control to monitor the traffic at both ends and Possidonia submersible bridge to monitor the gulf without any blind sectors.

Rio-Antirio strait. Reduse width of North Channel (to Antirio). From 15th of May till further notice due to works of placing a pedestal of pylon M2, the width of North Channel (to Antirio) will be reduced 200 meters.

The works on the Isthmia sinking Bridge have been completed. Following the signing of the delivery protocol between Periandros and AEDIK on May 10th 2002, the Isthmia Bridge is put into operation.
